Club Meeting reminder: Wed. March 10th; 7 pm at Brixie's

Just a reminder - the next meeting of Brixie's Brewers is coming up on Wednesday, March 10th, 2010 at 7:00 pm at Brixie's, at 9526 West Ogden Ave. in Brookfield. [OK, so that's a photo of my new (used) Corney which now contains 4.5 gal. of a very basic amber ale. It’s my second batch ever, so I am a bit nervous. I followed all the cleaning and siphoning tips I could read. And thanks also to Kyle and Andrew.]

    You will not regret kegging, it saves a ton of time and, not to mention, it is very cool to have your own beer on tap. I think I'll go get one now.

    I skipped right past bottling. Only issue for a "slacker"/rookie homebrewer like me is that it will be hard for me to bring tasting bottles to share with the club....
