We will start with one beer per brewer and if we don’t have too many brewers may enter a second beer. Please bring 4, 12 oz bottles with no markings on them. When you get there you will write the style on a numbered card and attach it to the bottle, you will put your name on a separate numbered card and put it in a folder so we know who’s beer is who’s.

Agenda 6/9

Hello all,
Sorry for getting this out late. Dave Fetty and I spoke with Chris last night at Brixies. For tonights meeting we are going to need to keep all of the homebrew in the back by the stage. There will likely be a good crowd to watch the game so we will keep things brief. Feel free to still bring beer but lets keep it to a minimum so we don’t over run the bar with homebrew when its full of paying customers.
See you all tonight,
Brett

c. Throw in $5 for keg from Chris?
2. New Glarus trip
3. BJCP Exam
a. We need firm commitments
4. Next meeting is June 9th

Wednesday's Meeting

Hello all,
Mark just brought to my attention that the Blackhawks game will be on at Brixie’s the same time as our meeting this Wednesday. I think there will be a lot of club members who want to watch the game, and also a lot more people in the bar. Because of this I think it might be best to postpone the summer beer competition until the July meeting. All we really need to decide is 1) A date for the club brew day at Brixies 2) A date for a tour to New Glarus 3) Who is committed to taking the BJCP exam. I think we can just have a very short meeting to decide on these few topics and table everything else (including the competition) until the July meeting. We could still bring brews and socialize and have the meeting during the first intermission. This way anyone who wants to watch the game doesn’t have to miss it for the meeting, and anyone who doesn’t can still enjoy the homebrews. If anyone objects to this please let me know, but it seems like the best thing to do considering the circumstances.
Brett
