Curtis posting here. If have a free ticket to a Wheat Beer Seminar, sponsored by Lallemand Brewing - at Goose Island. It's on a weekday afternoon coming up in a couple weeks, on Tuesday, April 6th. The seminar is from 2pm to 5pm and I have a work conflict and cannot attend, but I can transfer my free pass to anyone in the Club who would like to attend! Here are the details:
Wheat Beer Seminar, April 6th - A pre-CBC Event. Free registration! WHEAT BEER SEMINAR, Sponsored by Lallemand Brewing. Where: Goose Island Brewpub on North Clybourn Ave. Chicago, IL. Guest lecturers: Josef Englmann from the Technical University of Munich, Germany will cover the topic of Weiss Beers. Tom Mertens from the Catholic University of Leuven in Belgium will cover the topic of Wit Beers. Food and beers brewed with the Lallemand dry wheat beer yeast MUNICH will be available as well as free samples of MUNICH. They also say you can bring samples of your own wheat beers to share!
