1. Discussion on ideas for club activity.
a. Last meeting we discussed doing a club brew day at Kyle’s store. We will need to work out what to brew, bringing of equipment, etc. We had talked about doing it on National Homebrew day which is May 1st (We thought it was in March so we may want to move that date up).
b. Last meeting we discussed buying an off flavor kit to use at a meeting. The cost is around $150 which we could split. If you are interested we can figure out who is willing to split the cost and then decide if we want to pursue it.
c. Drunk Monk competition is in early March. Last meeting we discussed getting a group together to enter/judge.
2. Any discussion on another brewery/beer tour?
a. Taste of the Midwest?
b. We need to start thinking about getting a group together to go to Dark Lord Day and/or the National Home Brewer’s Conference. We need to know who is interested in going, so we can decide if it is worth pursuing.
3. Any discussion on the next competition at the March meeting.
